Welcome to Sri Lanka Holiday Deals. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payments
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. All payments must be made via authorized payment methods provided by Sri Lanka Holiday Deals.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund (minus administrative fees).
- Cancellations made between 15-29 days are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour are non-refundable.
3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and loss of luggage.
4. Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit for the selected tour. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that occur during the tour due to pre-existing conditions or negligence.
5. Changes to Itinerary
While we strive to follow the agreed itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or government regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sri Lanka Holiday Deals acts as an intermediary between travelers and hotels/transport providers. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or losses caused by these third-party service providers.
